What is it

IncontiLase® is a non-invasive laser treatment for mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence (SUI). It works through non-ablative photothermal stimulation that promotes collagen neogenesis, tissue shrinkage, and tightening of the vaginal mucosa and the collagen-rich endopelvic fascia, resulting in improved bladder support.

The treatment is indicated for women with stress urinary incontinence or mixed urinary incontinence (mild to moderate). It is a safe, effective, and comfortable procedure, performed without incisions or anaesthesia, and is very well tolerated.

How does IncontiLase® work?

The non-ablative laser uses proprietary “Smooth-mode” technology to thermally affect the vaginal tissue, stimulating collagen remodelling and new collagen synthesis in the vestibule, urethral opening, and along the anterior vaginal wall.

The result of this collagen neogenesis is tightening and firming of the vaginal mucosa and endopelvic fascia, providing greater bladder support and restoring normal continence function.

Clinical studies have shown excellent improvement in cases of mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence.
