LineLase™ is a safe and effective laser treatment for stretch marks, suitable for all skin types. It smooths and evens out the appearance of stretch marks, improving the overall texture and look of the skin.
For best results, the treatment should be performed as soon as possible after the appearance of stretch marks, as it is generally more effective in the early stages (red or striae rubrae). LineLase™ is a two-step procedure that combines Fotona SMOOTH® tightening with ablative resurfacing.
A revolutionary non-ablative Er:YAG SMOOTH® mode is applied to the treatment area to firm the skin. The controlled and intense heating of the superficial tissue stimulates collagen remodelling and triggers new collagen formation (neocollagenesis). This results in improved tightness and elasticity of the treated skin.
The second step involves ablating the skin using either a full-beam or fractional Er:YAG laser, improving the scar characteristics of the stretch marks and removing superficial irregularities.
