The full-thickness thermal effect provides a synergistic tightening response, reducing fat while improving firmness.
Step 2 – Surface skin tightening (SMOOTH® mode):
The second phase employs the non-ablative Er:YAG SMOOTH® mode, which is ideal for surface skin tightening. The controlled superficial heating stimulates collagen remodelling and triggers neocollagenesis, resulting in improved elasticity and a noticeable reduction in skin laxity.
